AEH is currently a member of the internationally recognised association – Octanorm Service Partner International (OSPI). OSPI is the only global network of exhibit builders and stand contractors that are subject to a rigorous application process. It offers efficient service around the world by having skilled partners in over 40 countries.

Process

Brand Activation

Your brand is important. It is the key element to positioning your company in your field of expertise. Our team is here to ensure your logo and brand elements are easily recognisable and your stand is relevant to your target audience. A design brief is met with key people within our company – Account Manager, Industrial Designer, Graphic Designer, Cabinet Maker, Operations and Logistics Departments.

Creative Response

Our in house design team have Industrial Design backgrounds and are driven by creative ideas to ensure we are always offering sound solutions to our clients. This is to ensure your brand is perceived as a leader in your field. Aside from the overall look, the smaller details and finishes are also given plenty of attention. Our staff discuss new trends and can develop add on features to enhance your exhibition experience as required.

In House Manufacture

The designers create technical build plans from the approved 3D concept. A schedule is followed by the team and managed seamlessly to ensure all design elements finished to exceptional quality. Our production team consists of cabinet makers, painters and experienced shopfitters. Our signage department work with a variety of substrates and printers to achieve visual effects for your display. Pre-assembly of stands are done prior to delivery to maintain design integrity.

Execution

Logistics of the stand are seamlessly managed throughout the event. The stand and all its elements are delivered and installed on time while a project manager oversees the process. The stand components are checked, cleaned and portrayed in its best light to deliver a stunning display. Work, Health and Safety are important to the business. AEH provides adequate information, induction, training, instruction and/or supervision to all employees and suppliers to ensure work is conducted in the safest possible manner in house and onsite. We pride ourselves on excellence, the end results speak for themselves.

Post Event

A debrief meeting is held both internally and with the client to evaluate the project. Areas are identified for future advancement to meet the ever evolving requirements of our clients.
