Fine Food Melbourne
When the European Union required a high-impact presence at Fine Food Melbourne, AEH delivered a fully custom, end-to-end solution.
The 180 sqm stand combined premium finishes with practical functionality, featuring a purpose-built cooking demonstration kitchen complete with recessed induction cooktops, sinks, fridges, freezers, wall oven, microwave and dishwasher, bespoke tasting stations, integrated AV including 360-degree cameras, live-streaming technology, and dedicated VIP and hospitality spaces. Each element was designed, built, printed and installed in-house, ensuring quality control, seamless delivery and a polished result on the show floor.
The outcome was a sophisticated, immersive space that supported live cooking demonstrations, audience engagement and brand storytelling — delivered on time, on brief and with confidence.
