To facilitate this, we advise starting the conversation six months in advance. This provides ample time for design iteration and approval, allowing final build plans to reach our operations team at least eight weeks out, ensuring construction and signage are finalised on schedule.
Yes, we offer full installation and dismantling services at major exhibition centres and event venues across our serviced cities: Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Cairns, and the Gold Coast. Our team handles the logistics, scheduling, and venue coordination to ensure your display is fully operational before the event opens.
Our end-to-end project management includes the initial brief, design evolution, manufacturing oversight, logistics, venue communication, onsite supervision, and dismantle. A dedicated project manager will serve as your primary contact throughout the entire process, regardless of where in Australia your event is held.
